Cricket Development Manager
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery, monitoring and review of the Strategic Plan for cricket in Leicestershire and Rutland as part of the Board's and County Cricket Club's strategies. You should have experience of managing both people and tasks at strategic and operational level, preferably within a Sports Development environment.
Ideally you will have some experience of managing County Cricket Board Programmes as a strategic level as well as being able to demonstrate knowledge of local regional and national cricket development policy. You will have strong management and leadership skills and good computer literarcy. The job will be based at the Leicestershire County Cricket Ground (Grace Road).
The role requires the ability to maximise human and financial resources, aligned to the strategic plan for cricket. It is envisaged that you will have some experience of budget and financial management as well as the ability to access new funding streams to develop LRCB's Programmes. You should be able to demonstrate experience in building and developing partnerships with internal and external organisations.
