LRCB County Welfare Officer
County Welfare Officers have been appointed by each County Board in order to provide advice and assistance to clubs on child welfare and protection and in the event of a possible problem or incident.
Robert Lapworth is the current Leicestershire and Rutland Welfare Officer on a voluntary basis.
