We are a NGB committed to building partnerships across Leicestershire to create opportunities for all people to take an active role within cricket. By working together across Leicestershire we will jointly be able to apply national policy against local need, understand the needs of local cricketing communities and deliver simple and consistent development programmes at all levels of the game.

The LRCB has a purpose (why we exist), a vision (the way forward), a mission (how we will reach our vision) and a set of values that underpin everything we do and how we work.

Core Purpose
To make Cricket accessible for all within Leicestershire and Rutland and to ensure ongoing development and support in all aspects of the game.

Our Vision
Our vision is to create a lifelong pathway within Cricket for all players, coaches, officials, clubs, volunteers, and district development groups and ensure support and guidance to fulfil their potential.

Our Mission
Our mission is to work with internal and external partners:
Internal Partners: Leicestershire County Cricket Club, Club Development Forums, Focus Clubs, Leagues and Associations, Leicestershire Schools Cricket Association
External Partners: County Sport Partnership, School Sport Partnerships, Local Sport Alliance Networks, and Local Authorities
