Sub Academy
A Programme for young male and female cricketers which is:
An enhanced version of the County Age Group Programme.
Designed for those players identified as having the necessary Aptitude, Attitude, and Athleticism to be potentially future elite cricketers.
Designed to be a high quality "value added" addition to a player's County Age Group programme.
An holistic individual development programme designed to provide players with the opportunity of reaching their potential.
Designed to underpin and supply talented players for the ECB Accredited County Academy Programme & for the Minor County Programme.

LCCC Academy
A Programme for young male and female cricketers which is:
• To identify the most talented young players focus age U16's to U20, therefore providing a bridge between the excellence squads, Sub Academy & the professional playing staff -
• Develop the most talented players rather than select balanced squads of player
• To enrol the identified players on an individual personal development programme
• To integrate the players into the professional setup
• To provide a balance between the demands of cricket, education & social lives
• To promote Independent thinking cricketers capable of playing under pressure
• To improve individual skill levels using the latest technology through an integrated approach
• To educate and create an understanding of the necessity of science support and medical screening to support player development
