ECB ClubMark

Why?
ECB ClubMark is a accreditation initiative throughout the UK is partnership with Sport England. ECB ClubMark supports the development and recognition of cricket clubs that are safe, player centred and child-friedly  

Who?
ECB ClubMark is aimed specifically at Cricket Clubs within Leicestershire and Rutland running junior sections, currently there are Clubs who are successfully accredited ECB ClubMark Pathway.

How?
The first steps towards obtaining ECB ClubMark Accreditation starts with establishing a ClubMark working group. This could comprise of Club Welfare Officer, Junior Coordinator and a representative from the Management Committee.

The next step is to register for ECB ClubMark this is done by contacting the Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Office (Tel: 0116 244 2198) or email David.Bailey@ecb.co.uk

Benefits
Accreditation will verify that the club has a safe and structured system for committed volunteers working with children and young people in cricket clubs.
